I chose Ann because of her great reviews. And now I get to leave one saying she and her team lived up to the hype! She helped with many resources, contractors, advice, and all the miscellaneous tasks along the way. The marketing of our place was great! Tons of people when our listing went live, and sold right away with multiple offers. Her knowledge to have an internet presence translates to her knowledge of how to leverage the internet to sell the house. Plus she's, kind, responsive, and easy to work with!
As the seller, Ann was very open and upfront. She handled this property as if it was her only listing. She was very responsive and on top of everything. She was very knowledgeable about the area and the uniqueness of my property. As a business owner with a decent understanding of marketing, I can honestly say that I have never met a realtor that does as much as she does. And I know a lot of them. Her and her team did an excellent job.
Ann was truly a God sent angel. She walked us through the process from start to finish. She has so much knowledge and patience. She always made us feel like a priority and gave us lots of 1 on 1 attention that we needed. I am so happy I found her. It really melted my heart that she personalized our home buying experience. I plan to use her in the future and would recommend her to anyone.
I contacted Adam over a year ago for the first time. Told him I wanted to relocate to Arizona but wasn't sure when. he said take my time he was patient. HE WAS. He was so helpful with all the knowledge of the areas and school districts. He gave me referrals for everything from carpet layers to pool maintenance. He knows it all. We scheduled a trip to Chandler Arizona to look for homes in the area to relocate from Illinois on Friday and Saturday in mid August 2016. Adam is absolutely amazing! I was able to purchase a brand new home with Adam and his team in Gilbert Arizona on 7/21/16 and I was able to do it from several hundred miles away in Georgia!!
