Dr Chabbra operated on me at Torrance Medical Center. I was guided to contact his office to schedule a one time appointment follow up visit which was going to be at no charge. Things turn to be very different when I call to schedule that appointment. They told me that he was not going to see me unless I paid two charges of 1$94.00 plus another similar amount for another service which was not going to include an EKG.
