Incompetent reception staff. Took my insurance card (which I had already entered online), told me I was all set and to wait for the doctor. Then spent a half hour (!!) on the phone with tech support because they didn't know how to operate the computer. After that it turned out they never even checked me in, so I was sitting in an enclosed space getting exposed to COVID for an unnecessary half hour. I was then kept waiting another half hour in the exam room. The entire appointment could have been done virtually.
I have been going to Dr Alan Mlodzienski for years. I thought he was reliable all of a sudden you can’t make a appointment. No one answers the phone. Attempted numerous times to call no one answered . So much for being a reliable patient, being on time year after year means nothing. Never missing an appointment. The practice is going down the toilet. When you relied for years on a Doctor and suddenly your left with out an explanation why you can’t make an appointment makes you feel betrayed. I'm surprised at the low ratings this center has received. As part of Penn Medicine, I've come to expect a high level of care and great customer service and received both here. I called due to a painful toe I thought maybe was broken and received an appointment the next day from a very friendly young lady who answered the phone.
