Called today and was hung up on when I asked who I was speaking with. Seems like they hire anyone regardless of qualifications.
I have had a great experience thus far until tonight. My son is super sick so when I called the number because I did not know the doctor's name the lady on the phone was ridiculously inappropriate and rude. I just wanted to know the names of the doctors at the Poland Ohio office. She called me names I called her names and I'm just stating for the record he's sick I don't want to infect anybody else but they make it impossible to cancel. I am not paying a no-show fee because we tried to cancel
