The doctor and nurse practioner are great but the stuff changes appointment time without you knowing. The manager of the building blamed me and I had someone to back me up. I called to see if I could make it earlier and they told me no I couldn't. I went at my regular time and they said it was earlier. Went to talk to the manager and she blamed me. She told me that other people had that time. She wouldn't let me talk to to the doctor to let him talk to my witness. She was really hateful.
Took them over three to even get me in. Don't go unless u want to b left in pain for months n they don't care that's the worst part. its sad
I have been a patient at this clinic for almost 5 years, my original doctor left and went to indianapolis. This new doctor is a nice guy but he's giving me the runaround on changing my medicine or changing my dosage to a lower one because the new medicine makes my spinal bones hurt. Now they say they have change companies that fill the medicine that goes in my pump and I will have a home nurse now but he won't authorize her to change the medicine or turn the pump down.
