First visit to office and very impressed. Office was clean, enjoyed listing to the music before being called into office. I hate doctor's offices that have video's showing medication and all the side effects. I know advertisements are how they receive funding, but that kind of stuff just makes an anxious person pressure go up. Doctor does not look like this photo and has a excellent manner of speaking to patients. Very detail oriented on taking next steps in treatments. I hop
Dr. Sood has been a great doctor since the first day I met her 4 years ago. Always available, calls me back same day and her staff are responsible, kind and professional. Only good things to say about her and her office staff
This was my first time in this office, and it was the best experience I have ever had with a doctor. From the receptionist to the doctor, everyone was fantastic. I came in for pre op clearance, and Dr. Sood made me want to see her again for my annual. She is very caring, and even though I was only there for testing, she took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions.
Dr Sood is nice and warm when you do get to actually see her. The wait is long once you arrive for your appointment. She gave me a scripp for tests 2 weeks ago but has yet to provide the clinical reasons to the insurance company to approve the tests. I am still waiting to be approved to have the "necessary" tests done. I have called the office three times and also sent an email and am yet to get a response. I don't recommend her due to the lack of follow-up and concern.

I don’t understand why she has only 3 stars she’s a great Doctor With a Great support staff nothing but love from me I am a real patient with concerns about my health she’s polite and soft spoken, extremely happy happy to have her as my primary doctor.....
I have had Dr Sood for about 10 yrs I think she is excellent however her staff sucks they r the worst.

Dr. Sood does not listen to your concerns. She treats her patients very disrespectful. When trying to address your concern with her, she half way listens, doesn't answer questions and she rushes you out the room.. You will be treated like a check mark and she moves on. I will NEVER go back to her again.
Hello all, DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR, I BEG YOU - I feel insulted & disrespected with the attitude and care I received from everyone I came into contact with - almost unbelievable. And then they send me a letter accusing my beloved son and caretaker that took me in (who is writing this now as I'm in the hospital & very I'll - 83 year old heart attack last year). We were told we were "a priority case" & had to wait 1 1/2 hrs 2 b seen then told 3 hours for an Xray?. I was so cold & upset we left.
One of the best doctors I found in Florida careing have very knowledgeable I definitely recommend her
