We were transferred to Dr. Sood years ago after Dr. Giusto passed away. Each year with her is worse. Her office staff is incompetent and rude. It is impossible to get prescription refills, any information, referrals, etc. My husband’s eye surgeon waited three weeks to get pre-op test results to perform eye surgery. Takes forever to reach someone on the phone and I have to call and chase Dr. Sood to refill my prescription. Shouldn't be this stressful. It's a shame not to have confidence in your doctor.
Don't bother seeing Dr. Sood. For the past 2 months i have been trying to refill my medication and for some reason she has not done so. Im out of medication at the moment. I am going to find another doctor. What a waste of space. The staff is nice though and they've tried helping me.
Dr. Sood is a nice enough doctor. However, her office staff is incompetent. That makes for a big part of the office experience. I was in constant pain for months, and my insurance company needs a referral sent through her office. I literally had to go into her office, in person, 3 times, in tears out of frustration, because no one returned my calls. Very patient and kind. Listens to your concerns
Had mammogram on 2/14/23. Today is 2/22/23. Have called 5 different days since and told they would get back to me. That has not happened. Am now “in the queue” for 70 minutes.Started at 10 in the queue. Was 5 in the queue forever, and now 4 for 25 minutes. I believe that’s only because the one before me hung up. VERY disappointed and frustrated!
I Really Like That She Is Concerned About Me and My Health.
My 92 y/o mother is the patient. Dr Sood refuses to call back pharmacy to refill medications or to even answer any question they have. Moreover, you cannot call this office as I’ve been on hold for more than 1 hr only to speak to someone who tells you they will get back to you in 48 hrs. I’m waiting more than a week. This Dr takes advantage of the elderly & completely ignores the health care agent! I will be filing a formal complaint with Florida Dept of Health.

My father passed away and she couldn’t even fill out the death certificate right. It took her over a month to figure out how to do it as my father sat at the funeral home waiting to be cremated. Absolutely ridiculous. Would not recommend her. If she doesn’t know how to do this how competent can she be with the living.
