Dr. Anjana Dravid herself is a good pediatrician, but unfortunately her staff completely ruins the experience. They are extremely rude, unprofessional, and often dishonest when you call for appointments or follow-ups they put you immediately on hold for long time and then you are treated very badly by their representative( you can try it if you don't believe . I had a terrible experience just trying to get a school enrollment/physical form signed – they gave me the runaround, lied about timelines, and then demanded extra fee... read more

I am very disturbed by the lack of office response! I have been trying to reach doctor/nurse for the past two weeks to talk about the result of the bloodwork! The receptionist is telling me what or how to watch my daughter’s diet. So why is there a doctor/nurse need. When I ask her if I can speak with a doctor or nurse please, she replied just follow what I am telling you to do! And she said you can change your doctor and leave a bad review as your choice! Smh PS: if you have good insurance I suggest not to go to them!
