worst doctor ever
This doctor went on "vacation" before signing a death certificate for a WWII veteran with no back up doctor. She was the doctor of Heron Pointe residents. My father, Joseph W. Berdechowski died on May 23 - she was in the facility on May 25 and never signed a death certificate........so my father who fought for his country to her freedoms (she attended school at the University of Ghandi) has been in a freezer when the law states the dc must be signed in 72 hrs.
Rude, cold personality. Does not care about who you are or your well being. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Waiting time may be more but worth talking to the friendly smily doctor. Great bedside manners.
Dr . Kolli is great. As previously mentioned you can talk to her. But the other review is also accurate. Small waiting room, uncomfortable chairs, sometimes it's so full, there are no chairs left. Staff is over whelmed, running around crazy, and I don't think they even get a lunch. They shouldn't take Walk-ins if they can't handle regular scheduling.
She is a cool Dr. You can speak to her. Very friendly, Just slow being called, to many patients at one time. But other than that she is great!
Rundown building. Small & stuffy waiting room where all but three seats were taken. (for 1 Dr.)No friendly greeting, awkwardsign in hereas a clipboard on the counter is pointed to by staff. Forced to listen to the most ridiculous entertainment and fashion news show on the flatscreen. After 1 hour I asked others, their apts scheduled were schedule 1.5 hours before mine. They had been waiting over 2 hours. Smiles on faces, said it was normal. I told the staff I was leaving and she said okay
