The worst. All my appointments with specialists were being canceled because doctors staff would not do their jobs. Nightmare.
The staff will not process my authorizations. My appointments are being canceled. I am not getting care. Avoid at all costs. The doctor is oblivious to what is going on in the office. I would avoid. No good will come of it.
Dr. Kolli is very caring, knowledgeable, follows up on my problems. I would highly recommend Dr. Kolli including her Staff. Office wait is no longer than any other Dr. Office.
My parents went there as a new patients. Dad Is 86 and mom Is 84.They waited for 2 hrs to see her. After talking with my mom she gave her sarcastic remarks .For example You dont look handicap where Is your cane? How did you get here into the office? After 2 mins talking she walked out and never came back In. This Is supposed to be a doctor ? There is no respect for elders and professional as a MD. Totally disgusting .
Needs better customer service. Staff, including dr that is more sympathic to a patients needs.
Absolutely! She is wonderful - a caring, kind Doctor who can RELATE your patient to me! I really do like her office - her and ALL their staff!
My husband went in as a new patient with radiating pain from his back to his knee..Dr.Kolli & Staff Were Real Nice & Very Knowledgeable..She Began A Treatment Pain, Also Wanted To Check On His Blood Work (Because Of His Age & Lack Of Going To The Dr.) He Needed A Very Overdue Eye Exam..Which She Wrote Out A Prescription For (Our Insurance Requires That). He Will Definitely Stay A Patient.I May Switch To Her Office As Well.
Wish you had a 0 star rating. It was the worst Dr. appt. I have ever had. The office staff was so bad at their job, and nasty (even to each other), the tech seemed sweet, but she screwed up all my meds in the computer...(I gave them a typed up list of meds, and history). Finally after about 3 hrs. being there, saw the Dr. for 5 min, she rushed me, didn't seem to care about me, didn't listen, then when I was getting ready to leave found a RX in my paperwork, thought that it wasn't mine because she didn't speak to me about a n... read more
