Having a history of complex and multiple eye surgeries, it is very important to me to have a specialist who is not only skilled, but ready to discuss and answer all my concerns and questions. Dr. Shane excels in this in every way. She has a unique and gifted way of communicating, as well as the patience and genuine heart concern for her patients. I am grateful to have been introduced to her. She has a skilled support staff, and easy access location.
This local practice is refreshing. The doctor and staff are professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Dr. Shane diagnosed my condition, explained it in understandable terms, and outlined the treatment.
Dr. Shane immediately makes you feel comfortable. Answered all questions. Didn’t feel rushed and felt her concern. Highly recommend.
The doctor performed a very thorough examination and gave clear and complete explanations of the diagnosis. She is a doctor by vocation and conscientiously performs her work. I am very glad that I ended up in her office, this is the providence of God. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased to meet Dr. Shane. On my first visit, she very thoroughly explained my condition. By the end of the visit, after answering all of my questions, we came up with a treatment plan. She was very kind and patient, listening to all my concerns. Her staff as well are wonderful, especially Doug and Kate, who were so very helpful with my new patient paper work. Great experience!
I was very pleased with my visit. Everyone I came into contact with was caring, kind and knowledgeable. I had been diagnosed with AMD, Age Related Macular Degeneration, in Ohio but the Dr. there did not explain anything to me. I made an appointment with Dr. Shane for a checkup and more information. She was very thorough and answered all my questions and I feel so much better about my diagnosis and understand the condition much better. I will definitely by going back to her.

No wait time. Staff friendly and Dr. Shane her regular self. Easily the best eye medical provider I've ever had. She is very intelligent, knowledgeable and caring. I drive 20 miles to see her and would drive further if I had too. Highly recommend...............5 STARS !
