The level of care has become completely unacceptable, major mistakes are being made and there is absolutely no communication with the vet. A fantastic first visit trying to diagnose a 3-month prolonged skin situation with our 6-month old pup. From phone inquiry to exit consultation with Dr Moser, an excellent experience that immediately earned my confidence. Techs were efficient, kind and friendly - receptionist who made appointment thorough and so kind - Dr Moser even earned a kiss from Olive and was very thorough in her consultation with me. So glad we found Animalia - I know Olive will be in good hands for a long and healthy life!
In my 20+ years of having canine family members I’ve experienced warm and inviting vet clinics, where the staff are caring and friendly. Most have actually been primarily this way, which is quite impressive in today’s world of “hurried” products and services in general. It’s actually incredibly refreshing to see.
