I took my Otis and Gabby to see Dr. Puerling for the first time, yesterday. She was very good with them--and me. She took the time to relate to them and to answer my many questions. We have recently moved to Michiana Shores full time and I loved the vet my cats saw back in Lock port, IL, but I feel very good about having Dr. Puerling as their vet from now on.
It's a high end, professional operation such as one might find in a larger, more solvent city.
I liked the smallness of the clinic & personal care that is given. You don't feel like you are a number. Staff is great!
The doctor is so compassionate. I love it there. I can't imagine taking my dogs anywhere else.
Great place....been going here for 9+ years...surgery, x-Rays, dental cleanings, just your normal routine checkup...you name it....we've been their...done it!!!
Was very happy with the staff, nice clean areas. Very helpful with my questions.
