RecommendedThe vets are amazing. They take the time to explain everything. They also follow up a week or so later whenever I have a sick furbaby to make sure the treatment is working. We have used Animal Wellness for around 14 years or more. It is a beautiful well kept, clean facility. Dr. Wessels and staff are top notch. Everyone is pleasant and more than accommodating. There is never a problem getting an appointment. Questions or concerns...call or email. They always get back to you very quickly. I can't begin to express how much we love AWMC. Sophia (my longhair German Shepherd) and I love Awcm Monee! The Veterinarians and staff are knowledgeable, considerate and kind. Sophia is not a big fan of people but she loves the Awcm Monee staff. They are local and therefore I purchase all of Sophia's food from here. I wish they would expand to include additional pet supplies for more of a one stop shop experience! lol

I was referred for dog training, I sent messages back and forth. We sent up a time. I called the office, and talked to the front desk. They told me I could do the paperwork at the office, and bring my shot record. I drove over 1 hour and Debbie was a no show because “I didn’t have an appointment”. I’m still unsure how to make the appointment. She was very unprofessional, very inconsiderate of my time, not at all understanding of the miscommunication that occurred. And she proceeded to blame me for not confirming with her.
We were sent there by my dog's rescue and I was so impressed with their caring, friendly manner that we signed Willow up as a patient. They were great with my new dog and took the time to answer any questions and explain everything to me. The facility is very clean and comfortable. I am so happy to have found this animal wellness center
