I called 3 times during business hours on Monday afternoon of this week & to this day they NEVER returned my call to assist or touch base with me about my puppy passing or me. Rude!!!

We received quite a few voicemails that day, im the one who listened to them the following morning and i did not receive/hear any message that had your name, your pet's name, or what happened.
