I find often that we do not take the time to leave a review except when unhappy. I am leaving this review because the care and service was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL! We saw Dr Faber last year for initial visit and was excellent. Our follow up today was absolutely enjoyable , efficient, and personable from start to finish. I typically avoid posting negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with Dr. Faber. I sought out Dr. Faber because I was told he was an eye specialist. After already consulting with two other vets about my dog's eye condition, I expected a thorough examination and informed diagnosis. However, Dr. Faber spent no more than 20 minutes with us, compared to the nearly two hours each of the previous vets dedicated. I've been coming here for OFA/ CAER eye exams for over two decades; Dr Faber is simply the best at explaining what he finds, good or otherwise. Highly recommended!
