RecommendedIt’s taken about a month for me to be able to write this. We lost our beautiful golden retriever, Bentley in December 2019. Dr Lucas and his staff were nothing short of amazing. The last week of Bentley’s life we were at the medical center so many times and on the phone with Dr Lucas at all hours. Not once did they ever act like we were bothering them. Dr. Jacob and his staff have been great to our dog (and us). With this being my first dog, they’ve been patient and kind with all of my questions and concerns. We’ve used Animal Talk for very services, grooming, and boarding and have had nothing but great experiences with all three.
Jacob and his team always take great care of our babies! They both got spayed this weekend and their incisions look great and the instructions they sent home were clear and easy to handle. We have been extremely happy with the care our pups receive here!

I just took my puppy there Waist of time. Was told they would wave the 50.00 fee because it was just a wellness check on a 4 week 2 pound puppy. Not only did they not wave it but had me buy a 37.99 product I don't need for one week. I called as soon as I left to return the product and was told NO!REALLY!!!!!! Then staff who checked me out was rude as he'll.
Big thanks to Dr. Jacob Lucas at Animal Talk Medical Center for calling me back so quickly from the after hours emergency line last night! He took his time with me to explain his thoughts on my dogs behavior and gave me peace of mind. She’s doing great today! :)
I love animal talk! All there staff is super friendly and just amazing all the way around! More on the affordable side also! Dr jake is great! And It’s always good whenever your pet isn’t terrified of going somewhere after being left there alone, and looks forward to seeing the workers! That’s how you know the PET has a great experience... even if they’re getting work done!
They are awesome an Dr Jake is great!! Very current and up to date on the opportunities, things available, etc to take care of our pets!
Run very late and took a walk in ahead of my kitty even though we were early for our appointment.
