Giving a 1 star because of their partner relationship with No Time To Spare Animal Rescue (NTTSAR). I adopted a puppy from this rescue and was told her suture (spay) removal and last puppy vaccination would be covered. The vet office said they never heard of this. Either way, one side is shady (not sure which or both). This vet was willing to refund funds IF NTTSAR contacts (which they are ghosting after multiple calls, emails, and a complaint with BBB). Everyone here from the front desk to the doctor was very kind and caring. My dog is older, they were gentle and patient with him. He was also bleeding all over the room and I was pretty panicked. They were so compassionate about it, and did not treat us like it was a burden at all, they even blocked off time to get him right into surgery. Although we have never been there, they genuinely wanted to help him. He came out cleaned up, smiling, and looked very well taken care of. We will definitely return.
