I went here after rescuing my dog from No Time to Spare Animal Rescue. Really disappointed - the vet did not acknowledge the dog had health issues and worst of all, he did not seem to care at all and kept calling my dog "he" (she is a girl). Even though she had been to him for treatments including an IV before her adoption, he did not seem to remember her. I just picked up my “crabby old man” and I couldn’t be happier with everything about his surgery. The staff was wonderful from the first time I called for an appointment, to pickup, when Maverick’s blood work and recovery time was explained to me in great detail. I cannot thank the entire staff enough for their care.

Thank you Dr. Lucas and the entire staff for being there for us at all hours of the day and night during the last couple of weeks when our beloved dog Jay started having seizures. Dr. Lucas met us at the hospital within minutes at 1am when Jay had his first seizure and was there on a Saturday when it was time for us to say goodbye. I’m so grateful we found you guys a couple years ago when we moved to Lake St. Louis. ❤️❤️❤️
