I adopted Avery “Smith” From Animal Samaritans. He was a little black kitten at the time of adoption and amazingly well adjusted kitten. I can attribute this to his environment while being at the shelter. He loves people. He’s never frightened when people reach for him to pet him. He’s a big lover. I was impressed at the process while adopting and the care package they sent him off with. I have some awesome photos I would love to share. I am so happy and so is he!

I have never been so welcomed & appreciated throughout my whole adoption/rescue process. My sweet Snow (formerly known as Millie) has settled in and completed our family puzzle perfectly! We � her and adore the entire staff at AS! ��
My husband and I have been volunteers for several years now and we love being involved with this wonderful organization. Am Sams takes great care of every animal they shelter. If you’ve never been, you have go.
Very helpful and kind staff .they took care of my baby Louise Jefferson (Weezzee from the tv show)..Lupe at the front counter was extra nice and asked me how my day was going when i went to pick up my baby..Thank You to the staff for loving what you do ....and for loving our furbabies.
