Friendly staff and liked the fact that they made it their priority for my furbaby to have a calm and relaxed transition into surgery.
I took my cat to the Thousand Palms location yesterday (10/26) to get her a rabies shot and her FVRCP shot. When the tech that gave the shots administered the rabies vaccine she got about half of it in my cat and half on the table. The tech then administered a new rabies vaccine with the whole dose. When I got my cat home she was lethargic and throwing up multiple times which is NOT like her at all. I tried calling the clinic back about over dozen times but could not get through. They take excellent care of our four dogs and are very affordable
I had my dog Tyson off them 9yrs ago and he is the sweetest friendliest dog that you could ever wish to meet. Carol is lovely lady who is very helpful and friendly! xx
