They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I was uncomfortable because the equipment they used seemed pretty outdated and old. It got me a little worried that my pet wasn't getting top of the line care. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. There is never food or water available for my pet at their office and they almost seem annoyed if I ask them to get some.
I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They have the greatest designated area for pets to go to the bathroom here, which is extremely convenient.
