Every time I come in with one of my furry(or scaley) babies they and I are treated fantastically. I couldn't recommend them more!
What a hard time it is when it's time to say good bye to your furry pet that has been the life of your home for over 15 years. As hard as it was to say good bye the experience was handled so well by Michelle and the staff. They had a private comfortable room to spend our last minutes with our SPOT. They explained the steps and were so respectful of our feelings and gave us the time we needed. Dr. LaCoste did surgery on my cat Arianna. She always takes time to talk with us and answer my questions. Their very good about working with our schedule and squeezed us in for a visit we weren't expecting.
Recently I ordered medication for our dog - medicine that cannot be stopped abruptly without consequences. I forgot to pick it up Friday. On Saturday morning I called the non-emergency number and left a message. Michelle with AMH returned our phone and had filled the prescription when I called and brought it to our house on Saturday - dropping it off in an inconspicuous place as we were not home. What a great experience we had with our first visit. Dr. LaCoste was very thorough and explained everything in detail with such a pleasant personality. The whole staff is very caring and you can tell they really love your pet.
My little Dachshund has been fighting hives on and off since Tuesday but hasn't gone away completely . He has been itching constantly where neither one of us can sleep very well and he has started to make him self bleed. I tried getting him into my vet before the weekend but couldn't be seen till monday which wasn't ok for me!! I then tried the Pet Clinic without any luck there.
