I will agree the staff is very kind and compassionate, but dr. Janzen or whatever her name is was not. She was in a hurry to get back to something else she was doing, she said our puppies stomach was distended so she probably had ringworms, I asked her if we could take care of it now, she said no I'd rather wait for the tests to come back, she never called us, a staff member did, all the tests were negative, and two days later our puppy was dead. Never heard a word from the vet.
The staff were friendly and provided options. They gave me an outlook on the choices based on my budget, which my dog means a lot to me so I chose what would be better for her. Either option was at a reasonable price. It was a clean facility and I would certainly recommend others to visit this veterinarian.
GREAT people who took extra special care of my injured little girl. You need a dr for those times over and above the general shots and when you want a team to help right away it is amazing when they make you feel like you & your baby matter not like you are a bother (her regular vets office made me feel like I was rude for walking in...). I WILL BE BACK AND THANK YOU MELL GARCIA FOR THE REFERRAL! :-)

So thrilled my dog is a patient here. He had a lump on his face, they got him in for a same day I called appointment and prescribed antibiotics. Today a week later Dr. Jantzen called herself to check up on him!! I've never had a vet call me before!! Thankfully he is improving. I'm am so happy I chose this clinic and doctor to treat my pet!
Great veterinary clinic. Dr. Janzen and the whole staff are professional and understanding. Dr. Janzen is especially good at explaining options and helping pet owners decide the best thing to do. It's not about the money with this clinic; it's about quality care for pets and pet owners. Highly recommended.
I absolutely loved the vet and her staff. What a incredible group of ladies.
I have read thru all the reviews n all I can say is I agree 100% with all of them. Best place in Fresno Clovis area. Believe me I have been to quite a few looking for the perfect fit.
