Very friendly receptionist, very helpful doctor . Our dogs now have a Vet ! Charlie is very happy now !

Fantastic vet with fantastic staff. A jewel of Fresno
The office staff worked us into the schedule so our sick Chihuahua baby could be seen before the weekend (so thankful). The assistant took her time to ask us questions, explain some things to us, and answered all of our questions (really calmed our nerves). The doctor was also so helpful, kind and patient. She was wonderful with our baby and treated her like she was her baby (so reassuring). She shared all the details of possible causes and the treatment and care of our baby (so relieved). The staff at this clinic is very caring. A few weeks after our appointment, Dr. Janzen called my home to check on my dog and offer assistance if needed. I couldn't ask for better care so close to home.
I had an awful experience at another vet and went to AMC the next day for a second opinion. Possibly a much worse diagnosis but way better care, and thorough exam. Dr. Janzen was very thorough with talking about treatment options depending on budget without making you feel bad for not being able to afford more expensive treatments. I also like that they have separate cat and dog waiting rooms.
I am so appreciative of this vet's office they are so kind and I've never had a bad experience with them they are great with all of my rescue animals!!!!
Dr. Janzen and her staff are fantastic. I had a great experience here. I feel the compassion and love for animals is combined with expertise and commitment to fair business practices. This is a place you can trust!
