I have been taking my dog to the Animal Medical Clinic for years and have always had a good experience until today! I went to pick up my dog today after her dental appt today and was charged double the price I was initially told. I also experienced a very rude assistant today as well. She was very short when i asked questions about my dogs care!
Once again - excellent service. We all hate calling when our fur babies are sick but they happy to help us. I have the cat that is far from nice when I take her in but they are so patient with her. 💜
Dr Bell and his staff are the best around... he treated my Dalmatian for almost 12 years.. when he had to go over to the rainbow bridge Dr Bell made sure Louie was comfortable in his passing... when we decide to get another puppy I will continue to drive 40 mins for Dr Bell to treat my pet... thank u for all you did for Louie... he was a fighter until the end.
We have been going to the Animal Medical Clinic for three years and have always received great care for our pets. Today we were there for an annual check up and vaccinations and our experience was great. Got into our appointment on time, check up and vaccinations completed and we were on our way.
I took my dog, Tyler, in yesterday because he was having stomach issues. Dr Bell was thorough and compassionate. He never makes you feel rushed or unimportant. He always takes the time to answer questions and makes sure you understand. My dog hates going to the vets office but it’s not Dr Bell’s fault.
Our big fur child Roxy was seen here by Dr Bell and his staff for pre-op on her injured leg. They were extremely gentle with her and very thorough with her exam. They set us up for surgery with Dr Cook just a week later. Surgery went wonderful and the staff was just as amazing as our first visit. Dr Bell even called to check on my girl before the holiday weekend. That level of caring is something you rarely find anymore. Thank you to everyone there for providing sincere care to our fur children.
I cannot say enough about Dr. Bell and his staff. My husband and I are not local here and finding a trustworthy veterinarian is not an easy task. Dr Bell and staff truly cared about the well being off our beloved fur baby and did whatever it took to get him better. Thank you!!!
