I drove over 3 hours in one direction to be told me puppies were too old(age given at appt time) and even then they were over the weight limit which was never discussed with me on the phone when I set the appt. Their excuse was the vessels in the ears are too large with too much bleeding possible. I've cropped and docked adult dogs in my breed so this is highly misinformed professional "information". The entire staff has been incredible As a breeder timing is critical when working with my dogs and the doctors have been wonderful. We recently had a large litter due and Dr. Powell called on a Sunday to check in on the mom, That's beyond what people call " customer service".....,that's someone who truly cares about her 2 & 4 legged clients.
My family and I have been going here sense I was a tiny baby and never had a problem. Dr. Diaz has recently helped me so much and now my dog is in much better health
Under-impressed and over-charged. My cats were not given their full exams, even though they had calmed down by the end of the visit. The same thing happened to my roommate when she brought her dog in. Both of us were charged full-price for the exams. Additionally, I was told that it would cost $300 per neuter for my one-year old cats, while at the humane society they only charge $70.
Dr. Tracy and Lindsey are wonderful!! The office staff was friendly! Great experience!!
