I have been going to this vet for as long as I have lived in Manchester, approximately 20 years. My time there is done. Their customer service is bad. I have to repeat myself over and over on the phone.....when I can finally get an appointment, they cancel it the day of the appointment, because they dont have enough people to cover. It seems they cant keep employees, and retaining those they have is almost impossible. By the time, they get a placard for the new Doctor or tech, they leave. The best Vet, hands down. The Drs and all the staff are caring and will do the absolute best keeping your animals healthy.
Animal Medical Clinic is THE BEST!! The staff are knowledgeable and compassionate. Out of a score of 1-10 I would give them a 15!!!
The staff here are understanding, caring and educated. I would recommend the doctors here for cat treatments and aging cats. As my experience has been excellent. They recently when above and beyond when I needed to put to sleep my 16 and 1/2 year old cat.
The staff is amazing. They were very helpful during a difficult time �
