I have been going here for about 4 1/2 years... and my German Shepherd just had Puppies. well one of them got an infection in her eye when she was about 6 days old. I called trying to get her in because I was really worried. A puppy that young can take a turn for the worse very quickly. well they said they couldn't get her in until the following morning!!!! didnt try to work anything out and fit her in at all!!! very disappointing!!! they definitely lost a loyal customer in me. and all of my friends and family as well.
