Very nice and helpful ppl working there and they make you feel as if they care about you and your animals ( babies)
Update as of 1/5/18- I have seen two doctors with my pups (and stray kitty) since I returned to AMC. Dr Cavanaugh and Dr Jaclyn (Dr Jackie) are FANTASTIC. These ladies are both very through, and both very friendly.
We've been taking our cats here for years. The staff is always friendly, kind, and truly care about our animals. I've always been impressed with the quality of care, and, what can sometimes be rarer other places: the quality of service.

Unbelievable service, everyone so very kind, so knowledgeable, listened to all of my concerns with my iguana, Dr. Vincent filled us with a lot of information and explained why we were using the medications that she had chosen that day. I can highly recommend their office. I am a technician in the Traverse City area and was given an opportunity to watch others in and out of the office and how all of the clients were treated.
