Excellent practice with great staff
I had my 6 month Maltese groomed for first time and needless to say, I am very unhappy. I feel like they didn’t listen or explain everything for first time grooming. She looks nothing like the photo I showed and told them to leave ear and tail hair alone since I was growing out. As for the body, I said light trim but my main focus was the face and getting rounded like photo shown. When they brought her out, I didn’t think she was mine. So disappointed and upset. I’ve been coming here for a few years, and I’ve had nothing but AMAZING service! Everyone that I’ve interacted with has been phenomenal, and they truly care about my fur babies. I always recommend this place to my friends and family!
