I came home to a pup emergency and they immediately got Mac in to be seen. They were swift and very diligent in covering their bases to make sure nothing was wrong on a deeper level than some unexplained eye and jaw swelling.Day 3 on our prescribed meds, and we are nearly back to normal.Thank you!! took my beagle in today on an emergency visit. a very kind caring and sympathetic staff. definitely recommend, also very thorough.
Dr. Burkhart is fantastic with all of the pets we have brought to her throughout the 15 years we have been there. Our cats, dogs, birds and snakes have all received top notch care from her, and she has always been kind and compassionate to them and also to us. 10/10 recommend their office.
They take great care of all of our Animals.
I have 2 pups I bring to AMC and they are amazing!! The staff genuinely cares for each individual animal they bring in. They give nothing but love and attention to my dogs every time we go in there! I will continue to bring any animal I have there and recommend to anyone who needs a vet :) I will also be using their puppy training as soon as it’s up and running 🥳
I repeatedly asked pricing and yet was charged double when I picked up my dogs. I was told, before scheduling their stay, that it was $18 per night. When I asked if that doubles since we have two dogs I was told that it’s just $18/night if they can share a run. When I picked them up the charge was double what we had budgeted for and when I asked why I was told the price is “$18/run.” When we asked why they didn’t share a run, we were told, “Oh! We took our sweet cat Sicily today to get looked at since she’s been losing weight and a few other issues. They were so kind to us and our kitty was comfortable the whole time while they came up with various possibilities of what may be wrong with her. We were worried they would be upset we hadn’t brought her in sooner, but they were so kind and just happy we brought her in to get looked at. I found myself in an emergency situation with my 5 month old puppy. I was there within 10 minutes of my phone call and I received nothing but amazing service and more importantly KINDNESS from the receptionist to the tech and the amazing Dr herself. My pup required surgery and as imagined, I became extremely emotional. I was walked through the entire procedure by the Dr herself and she was very thorough and honest about everything.
