I brought my 8 month puppy here after a horrible incident at another grooming facility. From the moment I called to make the appointment, the staff at Animal House cared about my puppy's needs and were considerate to my anxiety after my previous experience. Upon bringing my dog to his appointment the groomer came out and greeted my puppy with enthusiasm and loving arms. I felt totally comfortable leaving him after that. I have been bringing our Cocker Spaniel to Animal house for over a year. Penny loves going to the groomer and always comes back beautiful. The employees are polite, trusting and always accommodating.I highly recommend them to everyone who loves their pets like family.
