RecommendedStaff was very friendly. I called in the morning to make appointment for the dog to have her nails cut and they schedule appointment for the afternoon. I called when I arrived and an employee came out to car to get the dog. She took the dog in and when the dog was done with her nails she came back outside to the car. Employee was very friendly dog was happy. I will be bring the dog back in the future.

We had brought our 19 week old Aussiedoodle to PetSmart for her first grooming appointment and they completely botched her haircut, if you can even call it that. It looked like a 4 year old took a buzzer to our dogs head and left the rest untouched. Thankfully Animal house came to the rescue!!! We had an amazing experience and Harley now looks beautified. We can’t thank Rebecca enough. We will definitely be coming back! You guys are amazing.

We have an Australian labradoodle and We took her for a wash and they shaved her down to the bare bones. They said a little trim. They are liars.... It is the worst experience we’ve ever had. I don’t know where they hire these people. And to top it off they shaved her tail to zero. She is shaking her head every 5 minutes. Please see before and after attached. Ridiculous.
We are new to town and needed a new groomer! They did such an amazing job on my two babies and will definitely keep coming back! Thank you so much for taking such great care of my babies! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Animal house is the most caring place to take your pet they are very nice And caring for the needs of your pet my dog Sparkles who is a pug has been going they for a few years now they do a awesome job making get look like the princess she is.
