I wanted to thank you for all the kindness I received during the passing of my sweet baby boy Kirby. Everyone was very helpful and Dr. Jackson was very gentle with my little ferret. I received a card in the mail today from everyone at the office and I am very grateful for their compassion.
We want to thank Dr. Jackson and all the staff for your love and compassion for Lucky. Your sweet card of condolence was enough to make us cry. We miss Lucky so much but knowing she got the very best care she could get is a great comfort to us. Bless you all for being there for us at such a heart breaking time. Thank you so much for the kindness and compassion the staff showed Saturday during the lost of my beloved Bear (GSD). A special thanks to Dr. Jackson and Kristy for the special care and attention that day, and to Dr. Aderhold for all the previously provided care that help extend Bear's quality of life.
They're great. Last week, I took in my cat Alex, who had disappeared 13 months earlier. They were very understanding and gentle with him. It was pretty obvious he was starved, he was sick and I think someone had him locked up somewhere because of how overgrown his claws were. Before he disappeared, he was around 15 lbs, last week, he was only 4 3/4 lbs.
