We are so glad to have made the "change" to Safe Harbor. Over the past few months We had Our new little rescue there for some issues which He is now doing Great Thank You so much!! Then My Dad and I both have had Our Yorkies in for "issues". We are very Pleased with the Care and Compassion Our Precious Fur Babies have been given. Thank You so much for Your Great Treatment to Our Fur Babies.
I took both of my cats to be declawed. I never received a call from anyone about how their surgery went. So I called myself to check on them and they told me they would call me back. Never heard from them. Staff is very uninformative and seem annoyed when you ask questions. They did a bunch of extra stuff without asking me if that's what I wanted. I was expecting to pay around $200 and ended up paying $400. Only came here to save money and had friends suggest this place but I should've just stuck with East Hill.
All of the vets are great, but Dr Mowdy is an absolute one in a million!
I can take any of our fur children to Safe Harbor and know that they will be treated by the Doctor's and staff as if they were their personal fur babies. I've had short notice emergencies and walked in when they were slammed with clients and they worked us in. You can not ask for amore caring group to take care of your family...
This is the best clinic ever! It was cheap, quick and the service was nice! Definitely will be back. Thank you!
