If i could give zero stars I would. This office was horrific to work with. I honestly don't believe that any of the "services" i paid for were actually performed. Phones rarely got answered, office has a generally friendly front desk staff, but a generally incompetent Vet in Dr. Brooke. She came into the room post-exam and had no idea the gender, status of spay/neuter, what services had actually been administered. I had to ask all of the questions and was greeted with either blank stares or "uhhhhh let me see..." as she had ... read more
Staff is awesome. They always make me and my fur babies feel calm and happy. Always a wait in the waiting room. But some things are worth the wait!!!!!!

This place is horrible if you care about your furry family take them somewhere else this veterinarian only cares about money and will rob you blind add things to your bill that you didn't ask for ,things that they didn't do, not fix a problem so that you have to repeatedly bring them back. I found out that veterinarians love dogs who get chronic ear infections because they don't fix the problem, and that person keeps bringing the dog back in and they keep making money off this same problem. RecommendedAs a “new patient” we were able to get in same day for my dogs foot pain. The staff were efficient, friendly, informative and kind. It turned out my dog had a tick, which was promptly removed. We had our appointment, got his medicine and paid our bill within 20 minutes!
Vets are competent and polite but the rest of the staff is almost always rude and the customer service is poor.
Shout out to Shirley! You are so wonderful putting my mind at ease, i hope the bosses know what a gem they have! A+ excellent service! I really love this vets office. :)
