I am pleased with their work thru my kitten's first 6 months , including shots and neutering.
They kept telling me her paw was going to bleed after her surgery. Two days after taking her back in for the bleeding she died. She lived 9 days after surgery. I was not prepared to loose my assisted living dog. My heart is broken. And I still have payments to make on a dog that died.
The best animal hospital with the most caring and best vets I've ever been to. They worked with us financially and saved my cat Louie's life! They are not all about money and truly care for the pets! Forever grateful to them! ♡ <3 ♡
My little dog had serious "hot spots" on all 4 paws (for years) that our other vet had not been able to clear up. Dr. Gina gave our dog 3 different pills to take and a cream to put on the hot spots - after 10 weeks the hot spots are completely cleared up and my dog no longer licks his paws. He is on a pill for the rest of his life for allergies. I am so grateful to have taken our sweet little dog to Dr. Gina. I can not say enough good things about this vet !

what is it about your office that all of a sudden you have no respect for your clients time, no one up front has any customer service communication skills. Dr. Perez is one the best vet's around yet her reputation is getting muddied by inept, uncaring staff.
