Had my glider neutered, no take home after care and no details on how surgery went. Got almost home and they called to say they forgot his pain meds and didn't give him a pain shot after surgery. Go back and then told he did get a pain shot.. only to double check and once again he didn't. Ask to speak to the doctor and she calls me about a cone for the glider to keep from self mutilating. says come back and i can pick 1 up. I like the care my dog receives at Safe Harbor Animal Hospital. The staff is friendly and kind. I recommend this vet office.

we took our birds to this place to get their wings clipped and their nails done and when we picked them up our African gray had a blood vessel busted in her eye and our blue and gray macaw still cant lift his right wing all of the way out. I dont know what happened but I do k ow that they won't be back
The staff and Vet were very friendly and polite. They had answer all my questions and concerns since this was my dog first visit. The overall experience was just great ! Thank you
They were great until the business was sold and then it was like they just don't care and they never answer the phone. My girl had a UTI in January, urinating blood was on antibiotics for 3 weeks, one month later in February still bleeding, came back put her on more antibiotics bled the entire time, in heat through March and then started bleeding again after cycle was over, took her back and no UTI said she had "a few struvite crystals" that Dr said she had to search to find but that was what was causing the bleeding and she... read more
My Shih Tzu had a spay and mass removal. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. All of my questions were answered. I felt like my baby girl was in good hands.
You guys still amaze me the way you operate your clinic even while the office is closed to public entry. Your outdoor triage is spot on..
