Staff is very caring. They have each time gotten to the bottom of what is going on with our pets while trying to comfort them & us. Prices are amazing. They try to go through with questions before performing unnecessary tests. They also offer preventative care/products as well.
This place should be renamed to Forgetful Harbor. Leave your pet here to die alone, in their care, and then they throw it in a freezer for 4 months forgetting you wanted a private cremation. Then they make you pay for it after they had forgotten for FOUR months even though it’s their responsibility. Wouldn’t leave a rock here to erode. Not in their care. Bring your pets here to die and make frozen ice statues.
Dr. Brooks and her team are truly outstanding!
Safe Harbor has been our choice for veterinary care for over 12 years. The staff is compassionate and caring. When our dog Harley became ill with cancer, the staff along with Dr. Perez made a difficult time so much more peaceful. Now we are bringing our newest family member Lily for her first puppy visit next week and we know she will always be in good hands.

It has changed without Dr. Gina and Dr. Nat. They don’t care to check on your animal unless you call and you can’t get through to a person on the phone anymore . So if they’re waiting on a urine sample , it dries up before they can get to it and test, meanwhile the animal is in extreme pain each time it tries to urinate. 😞 So Sad

Everyone there is caring & loving. I've been taking my pets there since 2010 & will never go anywhere else. Fantastic care.
