Ten years ago I would have given Animal Hospital of Pasco six stars but now I can’t even give them one. I have been a customer for over thirty years, probably longer than any of the current staff have been working there. I remember when Dr. Hank Oliver was working out of a shed next to his house. My husband and I helped finance the current building. We have always paid our bills.
