Great staff and amazing care. They go above and beyond.
Dr. Petersen and staff are the best!! I have taken my cats there for over five years. I have always had a wonderful experience. They always take the time to answer any questions and are very friendly. The cost is no higher than other places. The staff is always friendly. I have to travel a little more to go to them but it is well worth it..Both Dr. Peterens are well informed and up to date on the current information on cats and dogs.
Receptionist is worse than horrible - I won't return Extremely bad experience. The on-line reviews about the receptionist being rude were right. The customer service was extremely poor. I was a new customer and was so impressed with the on-line reviews about the doctors (The only negative reviews were about the receptionist), I called a week before and made an appointment.
