To start my friend took her cat to the vet in JANUARY. The vet informed her that her cat had had a stroke and that she would not make it. They informed her that she should put her cat down. She wanted to be in the room with her but was told that she couldn't be with her. She proceeded to sign the paperwork and pay her bill.
