RecommendedOur first visit to Animal Hospital of Melissa was under an emergency situation. My shi tzu was dropped on her head and wasn’t acting normally. They took her immediately, doing several tests and assured us she would be OK. The second time was also an emergency. She had swallowed one of my medications. They were extremely accommodating and took the necessary. The staff have always treated my dog as she were their pet. RecommendedLove the groomer. For years our chow had to be sedated to get groomed. The last 2 times, she’s groomed her without sedation!! Saves me a lot of money!! Love her!
RecommendedThe office workers are great. They do their very best to make a connection with the caller by identifying the patients by name. This is personal and comforting to people that have fur kids. Also the front office staff have been employed by the animal hospital longer than the average front staff of most Veternary clinics. That is a good sign the owners value good employees. Additionally the Veternarian’s are thorough and caring when determining a treatment plan for the patients.
