I have reached out several times to this hospital since my dog came back from his visit(s). I was left a voicemail stating the office manager was on her way out and will call me Monday. 3 Monday's go by and I received 1 other voicemail on a Tuesday night at 7:15 with the same message...”on my way out and will call on Monday”. RecommendedCOVED rules were in place and followed. The staff was friendly and caring. The veterinarian spoke with me (by phone) in detail about my cats issues and treatment plan. He did not rush me, answered all my questions and made me feel that he truly cared about my cat. I asked for written details of the visit which were promptly sent to me by email. I appreciate the care and professionalism shown by all staff I encountered during this visit.

RecommendedEven though we are going through this unprecedented time with COVID-19, the staff found a way to provide proper care and eduction to the client. They were very gently with our dog, as this was her first time here and she was very shy/scared. Polite, knowledgeable, courteous.
