They are incompetent. Numerous botched procedures, then they killed our Raven. They can barely issue shots without screwing them up... We have evidence available upon request. The Vets are incompetent, they Lie, they cover up, and should be out of business. They killed ou dog, lied about it, would not release records, then still would not release all the records. Neighbors confirm their incompetence. DO NOT trust these incompetent and lying toads!!

Was a lifetime customer, NOT any more. Very disappointed in the staff. My dogs received good care and I have spent a lot of money with this establishment. Last time I went in my dog, I was given the wrong medication. They switched it and sent me on my way. Then later hit me with a growing bill for the medication I had been given. When I paid it I told them they lost a good customer and would never be back all i got was a shrug and an "ok". Very disappointed. I thought I had a good place to take my dogs. I can’t say enough god things about this clinic. Worth the drive from Albuquerque west side!
Late night delivery of 8 Frenchie puppies could not have gone smoother. Everyone is so professional. I highly recommend Los Lunas Animal Clinic!
I cant believe you would go so far as to Deny me birthing meds and for dewormers for my puppys for my pregnant Daisy, my account is different from my daughters account and are her animals. my horses and dog which are patient of yours should be treated separately and I was going to pay today for my bill, all because my daughter has an outstanding bill which is not mine, with you and that you should of never over charged her for a simple neutering, and should of included aftercare. 3 more times at your clinic and almoist killi... read more
Dr Thompson is the best. He has taken exception care of all my ferrets over the years. I trust his care and he helps guide us in the best care of our pets.
