I have to tell you, I have not been to Lake Emma Animal Hospital in years because we moved to Texas. But when 'interviewing' my new vets, I always use Dr. Dee as my point of reference for a good Vet and this front office staff as how a vets office should be run! I loved that they put up with me and my crazy dog and cat family... helped me with my rescue dogs.. and gave me that kind, 'its alright, you're not crazy look' when I ran in with my dog because she was foaming at the mouth after eating a stick bug.. We took our cat in were told he had a thyroid condition. They recommended different food (which they sell) and three different prescriptions. Four weeks later he was dead. When we called to double check the prescription we were given bad advice because the information we had provided over the phone was not relayed to the vet.
I've been taking my four legged family here for over 12 years. I can't say how wonderful and caring everyone here is. They've seen us through joy and loss, and have been fabulous every at step.
Love Dr Dee, Dr Grover, and the staff. I've been taking my Chewie there since 2009, and my two other dogs since I got them as puppies. The staff is very professional but treat us like family. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!
5 stars all the way! Dr. Dee, Dr Rosado and the rest of the team take such extraordinary care of our 2 Boston's- Stella & Ringo! They give them the same love & great medical care that they give their own. Whether it's a sick visit or a well puppy check up, we are never ever disappointed. LOVE them all!
I am a new resident having moved from Texas in December. One of my cats became ill recently and today she crossed the Rainbow Bridge. The doctors and staff here have been so wonderful and supportive. I know I made the right choice in selecting them for my pets care.
