They heard our kitty and they were extremely careless and rude about it. In addition they misdiagnosed our kitty and as a result he got worse. All they care about is money and they have a horrible customer service.

The fact that most of the staff has worked there for many years is very telling. Drs always give options in discussing plan of care. Very caring group of people💕
I love and so grateful for the Staff here. Dr Lai and Dr Joanne know every quirks about my two four-legged fur babies. The Staff is awesome, Debbie greets our dogs with TLC early in the morning, Tammy and Alison are so so helpful every time we are in need. And the back lab techs keep things moving along with ease. I am so thankful for you all. Please excuse Maddie when she wants to herd everything that moves, while being so patient with Murph when he doesn’t like his 🐾 checked out. ❤️
I have been taking my English Bulldog to them for almost a year. They are very caring and take all the time needed to listen and answer all your questions. Not to mention Ty loves everyone there (which is one of the most important factors for me)!
