Extremely knowledgeable and very friendly staff. I have used this clinic for years and have never once had any issue of any sort. One of the many reasons I highly regard the vets at this clinic is the ability and willingness to refer clients to specialized facilities when needed. That alone speaks volumes about the integrity of the folks who operate this clinic, always ensuring your animal gets the care it needs.
I called the vet 35 minutes before closing time and they said to bring my Jax in. I was not sure if he had been bit or shot, so they said bring him on in.

Bay City vet clinic was very helpful to myself and my dog after she got hurt on Saturday afternoon. They returned my call quickly, discussed the problem and decided it would be best to meet at the clinic for some stitches. They were quick and thorough and had us back on the road in about an hour. A great emergency vet visit experience. Thank you.
I will never go anywhere else for the treatment of my pets. This clinic goes above and beyond what is the norm by today's standards!
