Ok well Bay City Vet was very professional on the way they did handle my issue today I have nothing to say about the vet there or the vet staff but I have a really big issue with the grooming side of things and the groomer who is very rude but my dog is a poodle mix she has been groomed every 6 to 8 week of her life so she is five and a half at least 30 times and besides when she was a puppy I have never ever had an issue with any groomer at all in any of the states she has been groomed in Wyoming,Colorado,Oklahoma,and Texas... read more
I been taking my lil baby there for a few years now and absolutely love the people that work there. They have been awesome!
I have been using this Vet for at least 15 plus years. I have been buying dog food and snacks from this vet even though it cost more than Pet Smart because trying to support businesses locally when I can. Now requires a prescription to buy dog food. Ridiculous! This is the reason people in Bay City go to Houston or Lake Jackson to shop!
I would like to thank all of you that took great care of my Pepper, especially Dr. Shield! My beloved Pepper got ran over this a.m. She got out of the gate. She is in heaven now with my mom. I know she will take very good care of her. She loved coming to see all of you and she loved getting groomed with Ms. Dianna. I will miss her very much.
