I was lied to about their prices and they couldn't even trim my dog's nails. The west Memphis one on woods street is alot better! The vet is nice but the staff is horrible. Won't be going back
Called in a panic today because our little Sis had a Silica gel packet she “discovered” and I almost died thinking it was poison. Sara calmed me down, gave me great info and advice. All is well and the entire staff has always been fantastic to our fur babies! Thank you all for not only taking care of our babies, but loving them in the process.

Everyone I've met up there is precious! They were such a blessing when my crazy puppy Django broke his leg! Django loves to go see everyone there (a little too much)! �
I took our dog who had toxin poison or something like that, after running tests that they charged us almost 400 for they would not help her unless we paid 400 right then, we tried to get them to work with us different ways we just didnt have that much to give that day and they would not lower the amount, so we were sent home with instructions to give her as much pedialyte as we can get down her no at least this much amount was told to us we asked and give her a pepcid ac each day she passed away later that night in pain and ... read more
I'm a long customer of theirs. I have a problem a little when they don't send me the bills a certain way or a few times they mess up on mess. I don't know if it's new staff or something but they aren't being efficient as they should. I like them a lot but not what their doing occasionally. This is happening more frequently these days.
I had to take my sweet girl Chloe here back in November so I could have her put down (there was no time for me to take her to our regular vet in Cordova; she was actually dying)... I was not a regular client (yet) but they were very nice and brought her into the exam room so I could hold her as she crossed over... I even got a card in the mail a few days later...
